Birch & Bloom Events started with a sister, a pandemic, and a wedding that had to be rebuilt from scratch three times. When my sister's coordinator bailed two weeks out in 2020, I stepped in — rerouting vendors, rewriting timelines, staying calm while everything shifted around us. By the end of the weekend, guests had no idea anything had gone sideways. Two of her friends hired me before the dance floor cleared. I quit my marketing job six months later and never looked back.

I work with couples in the Madison and Milwaukee area who have a vision, a budget, and a Pinterest board — and zero interest in spending the next year chasing down vendors and cross-referencing spreadsheets. That's my job.
