A little about me and how I ended up here
It started with friends who hated having their photo taken. I kept finding ways to make them forget the camera was there, and somewhere along the way, what began as a favor turned into a calling. That shift — from hobby to studio — felt less like a career change and more like finally doing the work I was already doing anyway.
Today I photograph small business owners, creatives, and teams who need brand images that are warm without being stiff, and polished without feeling like a corporate headshot from 2009. My job on the day of your session is to guide you through it so naturally that you stop thinking about your hands. I coach posing the way a good conversation happens — without anyone noticing it's happening at all.
Most of my clients come in a little nervous and leave wondering why they waited so long. They tell me the session felt calm, and that the images finally look like them — not a version of themselves they had to perform. That second part matters more to me than almost anything. Anyone can take a technically clean photo. The goal here is one you actually want to use.
