A Little Background
It started with a favor. A few friends needed photos for their businesses and didn't know where to turn, so I picked up a camera and figured it out alongside them. What I discovered in those early sessions stuck with me: most people aren't uncomfortable with cameras — they're uncomfortable not knowing what to do in front of one.
These days I work with small business owners, creatives, and teams who need brand images that are warm without being stiff, polished without feeling like stock photos. My job is equal parts photographer and low-key director — I guide you through posing in a way that doesn't feel like posing at all. The result is usually something that looks, against all odds, like you.
Clients tend to come back because the session feels calmer than they expected, and because the photos actually reflect who they are. That second part matters more than people realize — a headshot that feels off is just quietly doing damage every time someone lands on your site.
